This week’s article focusses on The Greatest Lesson to be Learned by Adam Neumann, ex-CEO of WeWork. As you will learn, his greatest learning revolves around Karmic Lesson Number 8 (status, money, power, business, authority, leading others etc.). Had his Softbank investors known this (they would have if they’d understood his 365 Pin Code) when they struck their original deal with him, they would have realised that the years 2020 through to 2023 were coded to be his number 8 karmic lesson years (therefore these were 4 high risk years for Neumann!) and would have managed their now ex-CEO, very differently… In a nutshell, it was Too Much Ambition coupled with receiving Too Much Money, Too Fast and with Too Little Oversight in terms of how to properly spend it!
Adam Neumann is a deeply persuasive person…
On the 2nd of November 2019, Amy Chozick wrote this for the New York Times: Adam Neumann stood on the 57th floor of the Woolworth Building, the neo-Gothic skyscraper that was once the tallest in the world. It was late on a Friday night in 2013, and the WeWork founder and chief executive had just made a move to add the top 30 floors to his rapidly expanding real estate dealings. Mr. Neumann and three employees had already enjoyed a few drinks when he decided to bring them to tour his latest coup. In the gutted-out space, they tossed beer bottles into empty elevator shafts, listening to them clink on the way down. Then, Mr. Neumann told them all to follow him out to the ledge. No guardrails. No enclosures. Just four inebriated start-up executives teetering on the edge of death. “I was up there with him on the top of the world, and he said, ‘Everything is going to be amazing,’” recalled Harrison Weber, WeWork’s editorial director at the time. Then, Mr. Neumann picked up an old beer bottle — a remnant, apparently, from some previous bender. He asked the employees to drink the rank liquid. Everyone took a swig, except Mr. Weber. “It felt like a loyalty thing,” he said. “In that moment, I felt what a deeply persuasive person he is.” Mr. Neumann, who grew up in Israel, also had an uncanny ability to read people, from potential investors to reporters, gain their loyalty and then sell them on his vision of a “capitalist kibbutz” on a global scale. WeWork’s chief risk-taker found a kindred spirit with an open checkbook: SoftBank’s Masayoshi Son. Now he’s walking away from the wreckage with more than $1 billion…
The business Lesson to be learned by WeWork’s Adam Neumann involves money!
Just 5 months later, on the 2nd of April 2020, Tom Huddleston Jr. wrote this for CNBC: A rough year for WeWork got even worse on Thursday, when Japan’s SoftBank announced its decision to pull back a $3 billion share offer that would have given SoftBank control of the struggling office space start-up. For Adam Neumann, WeWork’s co-founder and former CEO, the announcement also means that Neumann will lose an opportunity to sell as much as $970 million of his own shares in the company to SoftBank as part of the now terminated deal. Between the SoftBank deal falling through and WeWork’s declining valuation, Neumann’s net worth has plummeted in the past year, though estimates vary on just how much it’s dropped off. For instance, Forbes estimated Neumann’s net worth at around $4.1 billion at the beginning of 2019, compared to the publication’s current estimate of $750 million. But Bloomberg paints an even starker picture, estimating that Neumann’s personal net worth fell by 97% in less than a year — from almost $14 billion last summer to a current estimate of $450 million — according to Bloomberg’s Billionaire’s Index.
Now let’s begin to delve into why the greatest lesson to be learned by Adam Neumann, ex-CEO of WeWork, centres around money, business, power and authority – characteristics which in our 365 Pin Code world link with and to the Number 8 Energy…
365 Pin Code Numerology Inclusion Chart for Adam Neumann
The above chart (which analyses his full birth name) reveals that Adam Neumann has FIVE (!!) Karmic or Key Life lessons, these being linked with:
- The Number 2: Peace, Harmony, Cooperation, Collaboration, Teamwork, Diplomacy, “WE” not “ME”, Diplomacy, Supporting Others etc.
- The Number 6: Grace and Gratitude, Sense of Community, Relationships, Responsibility, Helping Others, Family, Home etc.
- The Number 7: Secrecy, Critical Thinking, Analytics, Research, Manipulation, Wisdom, Seeking Spiritual Answers etc.
- The Number 8: Money, Power, Business, Authority, Status, Wealth, Legal Matters, Finding the Balance between the Material and Spiritual Worlds etc.
- The Number 9: Healing, Philanthropy, Higher Causes, The Universal Laws (e.g. The Law of Karma which teaches that as you so, so shall you reap; The often misunderstood Law of Attraction which works like this – you do not attract what you want, you attract what you are!); Unconditional Love, Forgiveness, Humanity etc.
Over the years we have built and analysed thousands of charts. It is extremely rare to encounter someone who has five karmic lessons. Even four is rare / very unusual. The only other case study we have published where the study subject has five karmic lessons, is Australian cricketer David Andrew Warner (his karmic lessons are 2, 3, 6, 7 and 8). Most people have 1 – 3 karmic lessons which they need to embrace during their lifetime, the most prolific karmic lesson being the number 7 – seeking (and hopefully finding!) deep, spiritually significant answers which have much meaning and practical significance in your life.
So now that we know this about Adam Neumann, let’s take you to another 365 Pin Code numerology chart, which will reveal exactly why the greatest Lesson to be learned by Adam Neumann, ex-CEO of WeWork, goes around money…
365 Pin Code Numerology chart of Annual Experience Numbers for Adam Neumann born 25.04.1979
What does this complex numerology chart reveal?
Adam Neumann started WeWork in 2010. If you look at his line of code for 2010, and look at the white number in the light blue column, you will notice that it is a Number 9. This number 9 is what we at 365 Pin Code call his Annual Experience Number – that is, this number defines what the “dominant theme” of his year will be. As revealed earlier, Neumann has a Number 9 karmic lesson (humanity, higher causes, serving others selflessly and not worrying about yourself / your selfish gain in the process). So, Neumann started WeWork when one of his karmic lesson numbers was in frame (from 2010 to 2013) and this always puts a most interesting slant on things, because whatever you do during your karmic lesson experience years has massive ripple effects down the line. Honour your karmic debt during those years and your harvest will be immense – just reward for a job well done. Disrespect it and somewhere along the line you will be held accountable – very accountable!
In 2019 Neumann’s WeWork empire experiences dramatic change with his resigning. However, at that stage things still looked very rosy for him with many believing that he would receive a $billion+ payout. Note that his 2019 Annual Experience Number is a 4 (white 4, light blue block) and that his Hidden Passion Number is a 4, as is his Family / Intimate Number (Born April, April = 4; guaranteed 2019 had a massively negative impact on his family)… The major drawback associated with the number 4 (i.e. its most dark side…) is a ruthless and relentless way of doing things and always having to have things done their way.
Now, in 2020, things start to go south for this man in a very extreme way. Note the string of large white 8’s, from 2020 to 2023. This reveals that he has the Number 8 in play for 4 years as his Annual Experience Number. As you will recall, the Number 8 is one of his karmic lessons. In order to see where this four-year long Number 8 karmic lesson is going to actively present itself within his world, we take a look at his 365 Pin Code Birth Chart (see chart below; see two RED arrows pointing at the 8’s).
And, the two red arrows point to Adam Neumann’s:
365 Pin Code World / Career Number: Birth YYYY, 1979 [1979 = 1+9+7+9 = 26 = 2+6 = 8; 26/8]
365 Pin Code Shadow / Emotional Life Path Number [TSS-LFP]
The impact of this karmic lesson will be extremely severe. Any karmic lesson which targets the Shadow or Emotional Life Path number means, that if the lesson has not been learned, the overall emotional fallout from this will be unfathomable.

Conclusion: The Greatest Lesson to be Learned by Adam Neumann, ex-CEO of WeWork
Bottom line is don’t be fooled by his having been worth billions of dollars, Adam Neumann is in massive trouble and the fall-out from his actions at WeWork will haunt him for many years to come. No doubt he is a man of incredible vision (that’s why his Expression Number is 38//11//2; which brings the master number 11 into play – The Intuitive Visionary) however his ways need mending. That’s the purpose of this extreme karmic 8 lesson from 2020 through to 2023. Not only has his estimated wealth fallen through the floorboards, but there is a very good chance that he will lose absolutely everything and there may also much vicious litigation which he has to endure. Whatever the outcome, our hope is that he mends his ways as after all, he has enough karma (five karmic lessons) to deal with this lifetime.
