Official names have been announced for the virus responsible for COVID-19 (previously known as “2019 novel coronavirus”) and the disease it causes. The official names are: Disease: coronavirus disease; (COVID-19); Virus: severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2; (SARS-CoV-2). Given our Numerology R&D focus, we set about investigating the numerology of Coronavirus COVID-19. When was coronavirus first detected?

A 55-year-old individual from Hubei province in China may have been the first person to have contracted COVID-19, the disease caused by the new coronavirus spreading across the globe. At the time, authorities suspected the virus stemmed from something sold at a wet market in the city. However, it’s now clear that early in what is now a pandemic, some infected people had no connection to the market. That included one of the earliest cases from Dec. 1, 2019 in an individual who had no link to that seafood market, researchers reported Jan. 20 in the journal The Lancet. On Dec. 27, Dr. Zhang Jixian, head of the respiratory department at Hubei Provincial Hospital, reported to health officials in China that a novel coronavirus was causing the disease; by that day, it had infected more than 180 individuals.

United States of America:

Countries across the globe are closing their borders, restricting travel, locking down cities and banning gatherings. In the United States, President Trump recommended limiting groups to fewer than 10 people. The Trump administration released new guidelines on Monday to slow the spread of the coronavirus, including closing schools and avoiding groups of more than 10 people, discretionary travel, bars, restaurants and food courts. Mr. Trump, flanked by task force members including Dr. Anthony Fauci, the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, said the guidelines would apply for 15 days.

Italy:

Italy COVID cases reached 24,747 on 15 March 2020, marking the biggest coronavirus outbreak outside Asia. Italy also replaced South Korea as the second most affected coronavirus country in the world with the cases increasing at a higher rate than in Korea. COVID-19 Italy death toll reached 1,809, witnessing a sharp increase in the last few days. Vatican City, home to the Pope and headquarters of the Roman Catholic church, reported its first coronavirus case on 06 March. The Italian coronavirus cases surged from hundreds to thousands within two weeks, from a few hundred in the third week of February to more than 3,000 in the first week of March and crossed 10,000 on 10 March. The high number of coronavirus infection cases in Italy may be explained by the expanding air travel with China. Italy is the European nation with the highest number of air connections with China after the air connections between the two countries tripled earlier this year. Italy signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with China in early January 2020 to expand the air links between the two countries in order to expand tourism. The weekly passenger flights to China were announced to be increased by 108, and by a further 56 through 2021 and 2022.

United Kingdom:

Boris Johnson set out the need for “drastic action” to tackle the “fast growth” of the coronavirus as cases rose to 1,543 in the UK. As part of the measures, anyone living in a household with somebody who has either a persistent cough or fever must now also isolate themselves for 14 days. He announced the most severe restriction of British liberties in peacetime, urging Britons to avoid social contact and stay away from the over-70s and pregnant women The UK death toll has risen to 55. The number of cases is now higher outside China, where the outbreak started. France, Germany and other European countries announced strict lockdown measures.

South Africa and Africa:

Several African states have imposed far-reaching restrictions in a bid to curb the spread of coronavirus. South Africa has declared a national disaster and announced a ban on travel from the worst-affected countries, while Kenya has also imposed sweeping travel restrictions. The measures are an attempt to prevent a major outbreak on a continent with poor health services. At least 27 African states have so far been affected by the virus. Benin, Liberia, Somalia and Tanzania are the latest African countries to report cases. Morocco has shut public baths, known as hammams, cafes, restaurants, cinemas and mosques after reporting 28 cases and one fatality since the outbreak of the global pandemic. In total, nearly 350 people have been diagnosed with the virus across Africa. Seven people have died while 42 have recovered, the World Health Organization (WHO) said. Most of the cases involve people arriving from Europe and North America. “It is concerning that we are now dealing with internal transmission of the virus,” SA’s President Ramaphosa said. Ramaphosa acted swiftly and put SA in lock-down through implementing the closure of nearly half – 35 out of 72 – of South Africa’s land border crossings from Monday, along with two of its eight sea ports; banning foreign nationals from eight countries – including the UK and US – from entering South Africa from Wednesday; advising people to avoid domestic travel; shutting all schools with immediate effect until the end of the Easter holidays; banning all public gatherings of more than 100 with immediate effect.

Is SARS-Cov-2 delivering a powerful message?

It’s interesting to note that the personality (i.e. external expression) of COVID-19 links with Number 3 Energy which is characterised by being highly social, communicative etc. What’s happening right now with and through COVID-19 is exactly the opposite. We are being forced into isolation. The Number 7 Energy which presents itself as 25//7 in coronavirus and COVID-19 links with the mind, thinking, intelligence, assessing, staying calm and if you will, observing and being clinical. Amazing to see how people have stopped thinking and gone to into complete panic mode. Lastly, the virus SARS-CoV-2 personality (20//2) links with cooperation, collaboration, teamwork, diplomacy etc, talking to the need for us to work together globally and not in isolation from each other. Is there a bigger lesson within this right now for humanity, especially given how we love to build walls and isolate? Its also interesting, from a numerology perspective, to make the karmic number 19 connection within COVID-19, that if you actively set about enriching yourself (1) at the expense of others (9) you will meet with much conflict and disaster.

The bigger blessing?

Our take on all this: whether by design or not, whether consciously intentioned or not, coronavirus, COVID-19, SARS-CoV-2 is asking us to look beyond the obvious, to slow down and think about this world of ours, how we are living and what impact we are all having. Even before 2020 steamed in, we published a research article warning people that 2020, being a hugely emotionally coded Number 4 Universal Year, would bring people back down to earth with a very nasty bump. Despite the fact that we believe the coronavirus is manmade and released around a larger control-and-dominate masterplan, we nevertheless put out a Tweet (@365pincode) yesterday which reminds us that in numerology, the number 2 is female, feminine, mother; that 2020 has 2×2’s in it and 2×0’s which accentuate the 2’s; that number 4 is earth and that 2020 links or synchronises with Mother Earth; that all this is asking us to embrace feminine energy around how we are handling Mother Earth.
