When under extreme pressure to make things happen, many people find themselves just wanting to “push much harder” for the desired results which results in their unconsciously shifting in to a “highly competitive” mindset. Sometimes this approach works short-term, but in our experience most times it does not. Getting way more competitive (the typically alpha male masculine number 1 energy which must come first and win at all costs) usually isolates them in that as their anger, frustration and irritation levels rise this shifts them away and detaches them almost entirely, from the creativity needed to find clever innovative workable solutions. The energy we’re talking about here is number 2 energy and its vastly different from number 1 energy.

This is the typically feminine energy. It is soft and pliable, cooperative and collaborative and is never to be under-estimated or thought of as weak because it is most definitely not. It is therefore what we call The Power Behind The Throne and every person who desires to be massively successful needs to know how to access and operate from this sensitive, diplomatic, strength in numbers, vibrational platform. Number 2 energy sees them accessing previously untapped resources using the “achieving success through working with and through others” approach as opposed to the solo ascent, the head-down and going it alone approach (pure number 1 energy which is all about self).

If you’re a highly competitive person who loves to win, it’s not going to be easy for you to shift from a competitive mindset to a creative mindset and stay there. It all starts and ends with making the decision to do something wildly different and to tenaciously back yourself with the belief that no matter what, you will make this work.

A perfect example of the power of Masterminding is Mahatma Ghandi; probably the most powerful man of his generation – some might even consider him the most powerful man who has ever lived. His power was passive, but it was real. So, how did he come to power? Through inducing over 200 million people to coordinate, with mind and body, in a spirit of harmony for a definite purpose. What Ghandi accomplished is nothing short of a miracle, because it is a miracle when 200 million people can be induced (not forced) to cooperate in a harmonious spirit. He did this through embracing, being fully connected with and leveraging number 2 energy.
